In light of the foregoing, GT ADVENTURES is expressly released from any legal liability for accidents, injuries, personal or property damage, as well as for any damage that participants may cause to third parties, the facilities, or the equipment provided during the activities. By participating, users expressly accept the conditions and acknowledge that the information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee regarding results, weather conditions, or specific experiences.

Consequently, it assumes no responsibility whatsoever regarding the planning, safety, development, or conditions of said activities.

 

Any risk, accident, or eventuality arising from participation in these activities will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users. Likewise, participants will be responsible for the proper use of the facilities and will be liable for any damage they may cause to third parties or to the hotel's facilities.
