Saray Esqueda

Saray Esqueda, with an outstanding career of more than 20 years in the culinary world. With solid experience, she previously led a kitchen team at a hotel in Zacatecas, where she honed her skills and acquired a deep knowledge of regional gastronomy.

In addition to her hotel experience, she has also worked in industrial dining rooms, which expands her versatility and ability to handle different culinary environments. Her passion for cooking is reflected in every dish she creates, combining traditional techniques with an innovative touch.
